OSP Fielder-Trainee

An OSP Fielder provides support engineering services through the highly detailed collection of information from the job site. This position requires a working knowledge in all technical aspects of OSP fiber and copper networks. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying existing field design and layout of OSP (Outside Plant) telecommunications network to include aerial, buried and underground fiber network design and layout, underground conduit, manhole/handhole, building entrance, and riser facilities.

OSP Fielder

The OSP Fielder Fielder will perform a variety of tasks in support of outside plant design for various telecommunication installations at customer sites. This individual should have a basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in electrical, telecom and/or civil field work and will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Travel to commissioned work sites in the Seattle Market and survey telecom assets such as:
o Utility poles (such as attachment heights, pole height, pole condition, location, pole tag, photos)
o Terrestrial assets (such as location and photos of vaults, pedestals, outdoor cabinets, ADA ramps)

Facility Technician

The Facility Technician will coordinate, review, and perform all moves, adds, and changes necessary for service orders. Perform all assigned telecommunications activities within the organization. Maintain records and prepare required reports relevant to the operations of telecommunications. Prepare cut sheets in connection with rearrangements of outside plant facilities.

Manipulate computerized data records/fields to initiate changes in the assignment/facility database and other systems; Prepare cable cut sheets. Read and interpret subdivision plats/work order prints; Facilitate the work required to complete an order. The Payroll Administrator oversees biweekly payroll for 150+ employees. The specific duties of the position include all functions related to payroll. Primarily the Payroll Administrator is responsible for overseeing timekeeping systems, and digital timesheets; calculating payable hours, tax withholdings and payroll deductions on paychecks; maintaining a payroll log with all information necessary to help process payroll; creating and ensuring accuracy of biweekly paychecks; calculating and making biweekly payroll tax payments; maintaining accuracy of employee profiles in the accounting system; and creating and sending payroll reports after payroll is complete. Sr OSP Engineer - Road Move (Conflict Mitigation)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Road Move Engineer to work in the Snohomish County or Remotely.

This position must have work experience in all technical aspects of designing OSP fiber and copper plant and work as a team member with OSP Design Engineers. The successful candidate is responsible for the field design and layout of OSP (Outside Plant) telecommunications network to include aerial, buried and underground fiber network design and layout, underground conduit, manhole/handhole, building entrance and riser facilities, utility, road and railroad crossings and other complex Right-of-Way (ROW) issues. Candidates should be familiar with engineering in the public ROW and on private property. Other responsibilities of this position include researching plats and ROW dimensions at various municipalities, contact existing gas and electric companies for verification of facilities and fully assess a cost-effective route. Aerial experience coordinating between telecommunications companies and electric companies is a requirement as well. Candidates must possess the ability to meet or exceed business unit goals, maintain quality standards, control expenses, and follow company and business unit directives and practices.

Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will support the Accounting/Finance Supervisor, perform administrative tasks related to the processing of invoices and billing into a proprietary system. The duties may include assisting in the organization and management of projects. This position will also support other staff members within the department or organization.
